The service
Waar Is Airco shows places with (likely) air conditioning, based on open data and contributions from visitors and businesses. For visitors the service is free.
Business accounts and claiming venues
When you claim a venue, you confirm you are authorised to manage it. We record claims and may review, refuse or revoke them in case of misuse or inaccuracy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you add.
Photos and content
By uploading photos or text you confirm you hold the rights to them, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform. You can remove content via your dashboard.
AC status and accuracy
We use an honest model: "verified", "likely" or "unverified". This is an indication, not a guarantee. When in doubt, check on site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from use of the service or from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Data source
Location data is partly sourced from OpenStreetMap and available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
